Who is responsible

Mindix-Tech Ltd (Israel) operates ProjectManagementCenter and is the data controller for the information described here.

Information we collect

Assessment answers: if you use the assessment, we save your answers so you can come back to your results. They are linked to a random session identifier, not to your name or email. We never ask for contact details.

Session cookie: a cookie named pm_session_v1 keeps your assessment session for up to 30 days. Your answers are also kept in your browser's storage for up to 7 days.

Usage analytics, only with your consent: page views, clicks on links and buttons, filter choices, scroll depth and time on page, sent to Google Analytics and to our own database. These events do not include your assessment answers or any contact details.

Link clicks: when you click a vendor or partner link we record that the click happened, so we can count referrals. Without analytics consent this record is not linked to your session.

Why we use it

We use assessment data to show your results (necessary to provide the feature you asked for). We use analytics, only if you agree, to understand which pages help people and to improve the site. We use click records to reconcile referral commissions with ClickUp's affiliate program.

Who receives it

Our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Neon) process data on our behalf. Google receives analytics events if you allow analytics. When you follow a link to a vendor, that vendor's own privacy policy applies from then on. We do not sell personal information and we do not use advertising pixels.

How long we keep it

A daily job deletes detailed usage events more than 90 days old, along with expired sessions and their assessment answers. Click and commission records are kept for accounting and reconciliation; their session associations are removed when expired sessions are deleted.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time with Cookie preferences in the footer, and reset the assessment to delete your saved answers.
